Clinical Lead



Aspire4Life are excited to be recruiting for a Clinical Lead to join our dynamic leadership team. This role will see you provide clinical leadership, education, and governance to the Aspire4Life workforce and will work as an interface between the clinical workforce and our operations. This role is integral to the success of Aspire4Life and will build on our internal clinical knowledge and practice within the delivery of our programs (including the Regional Assessment Service and the Veterans Home Care Assessment service).This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a talented AHPRA Registered Nurse , Clinical Nurse Specialist or Practitioner, who is looking for a role where you can achieve genuine work/life balance, experience career growth, and make a true difference to the community. This is a full-time position primarily based at our Coolangatta office with flexible work options available. Some interstate travel may also be required.A typical week as Clinical Lead:Practice clinical judgement, initiative, and problem-solving skills to provide senior clinical support to our multi-disciplinary assessment teamAssist the business meet the requirements outlined in funding agreements - ensuring compliance with quality frameworks, risks, and deliverablesActively participate in advocacy activities, case conferencing, and service coordination – building positive key stakeholder relationships as you work collaboratively with health organisations, government representatives, service providers, and subcontractorsProvide clinical leadership to the Aspire4Life team deliver excellent client outcomes through a research and practice led client focused serviceA bit about you:Ideally 5+ years’ experience working within the aged and/or community care industryDemonstrated ability to think at a strategic level and successfully drive and implement changeThe ability to interpret data, categories risk, develop and implement sustainable corrective actions and workforce management plansStrong MS Office program skills (particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word) with the ability to put together reports, plans, and presentationsA clear and confident communication style (both verbal and written) to facilitate, present, and negotiateWhat to bring:Tertiary qualification as a Registered Nurse (with current AHPRA registration)Unrestricted Australian driver’s licenceThe Benefits:Aspire4Life offers some fantastic employee benefits, including non-for-profit Salary Packaging to increase your take home pay (up to the value of $15,900 per annum) and up to $2650 per annum on meal and entertainment packaging.
