We are currently seeking a Community Support Superstar in the Toowoomba / Darling Downs region! If you are the type of person who wants to support seniors to live their best life and believe senior years are something to be celebrated, then we want to hear from you!About the RoleWorking within the community you will be providing a range of services to our valued clients including undertaking personal care services, transportation to and from appointments, domestic cleaning, preparing light meals, and generally bringing some sunshine to their day!This is a casual role and will be servicing our clients in Toowoomba and surrounding suburbs, with expected hours of 20 per week.About YouTo be successful in this position you will need:A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability (Personal Care module must be complete)A current First Aid Certificate (or proof of working towards)Proof or willingness to be immunised in accordance with the Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) PolicyA current Working with Children Check and Vulnerable People clearance or willingness to obtain oneA current driver licence and own a registered and insured vehicleComfortable using an Android smartphone and basic applicationsLocated in Toowoomba or surrounding suburbs and are comfortable with travel throughout the areaOur ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine desire to support our clients to live their lives to the fullest.
