Customer Service Liaison (Logistics & Rostering)

Want to work in an industry where you can continue your administration career but also have a sense of accomplishment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Liaison to join our dynamic team on a full time basis in logistics and rostering. You will be supporting our regional assessment team (who work remotely across Australia) by scheduling their client visits in the community each day. You will be the point of contact between our assessors and the client, acting as the 'back to base' support for the team. This is a fast paced role that will require you to think on your feet and manage conflicting priorities and scheduling conflicts - whilst always maintaining 10/10 customer service. What will my day look like? Work closely with your aligned geographical region - building positive relationships with the assessorsProblem solve and troubleshoot last minute cancellations and scheduling conflictsRespond to a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls in a friendly and patient manner Schedule and confirm appointments with the clients, ensuring rosters are logistically efficient and effective Capture and record critical information quickly and accurately whilst always maintaining integrity We are looking for someone who can remain cool, calm, and collected in a busy environment. You are a customer service wizz and a quick thinker with a positive can-do attitude, who enjoys working towards and exceeding deadlines. We need you to have:Previous experience working within a call center environment (or an office with high volume phone calls)Previous rostering/scheduling experienceAmazing communication skills.
