We have an exciting newly created opportunity for an Organisational Capability, Culture and Engagement Lead to join our Organisational Capability team. This is a pivotal role in taking the lead on culture and engagement initiatives that support the long-term success of Feros Care and its employees. Where you will make your mark: Leading our Employee Engagement initiatives (managing engagement survey rollout and follow up activities) Taking the lead in designing and implementing our Inclusion and Diversity Strategy Rollout our new Reward and Recognition program Succession Planning Framework Contribution all on Employee Experience initiatives Ideally, you will: Have been in a similar role, being responsible for organisational development initiatives Have demonstrated experience in design, administration and follow up of engagement surveys and its associated activities Contributed to development of Inclusion and Diversity frameworks (including disability and RAP) Be experienced in leading large scale organisational initiatives What we can do for you: Salary packaging (up to $15,899 per annum) Feros Care employee Fitness Forever options and discounts on Private Health Insurance.
