Service Desk Analyst


We are on the hunt for a Service Desk Analyst to join the IT tribe!Are you customer service focused with a passion for IT? Do you enjoy working with clients resolve their IT issues (from minor disruptions through to maintenance and hardware issues) If so, we would love to hear from you! The Service Desk Analyst is the first point of contact for our team Team Members (office based and remote). The Role:

  • Resolving incidents as quickly as possible or escalating as required

  • Monitoring and maintaining network security and network devices

The boxes you must tick:

  • Service Desk experience or recent graduated with a hunger to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proven capability and experience in customer service
  • Proven Skills in level 1 and 2 support
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Valid Australian drivers’ licence
  • Information Technology Diploma or above
