Service Desk Analyst



We are on the hunt for a Service Desk Analyst to join the IT tribe!Are you customer service focused with a passion for IT? Do you enjoy working with clients resolve their IT issues (from minor disruptions through to maintenance and hardware issues) If so, we would love to hear from you! The Service Desk Analyst is the first point of contact for our team Team Members (office based and remote). You will ensure queries are resolved as quickly as possible minimizing any adverse impact on business operations. This is a two year, fixed term contract (with the possibility of renewal).The Role: Phone support, answering Service Desk phone and on call mobileDetecting and recording incidents in detailResolving incidents as quickly as possible or escalating as requiredRemote and central support of sites and end usersOngoing training of end usersMonitoring and maintaining network security and network devicesThe boxes you must tick:Service Desk experience or recent graduated with a hunger to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skillsProven capability and experience in customer serviceProven Skills in level 1 and 2 supportStrong verbal & written communication skillsAttention to detailValid Australian drivers’ licenceInformation Technology Diploma or aboveThe Benefits:Feros Care offers some fantastic employee benefits, including generous Salary Packaging (up to the value of $15,900 per annum) and up to $2650 per annum on meal and entertainment packaging.
